Returns for undecorated items
For any undecorated garments, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in three easy steps.
1. Get in touch with us here so we can create your return and inform you of any costs. There may be a restocking fee that we will deduct from your refund amount.
2. Print off the refund form that we send to you. This will include the address that needw to be clearly written on the parcel, and the refund amount you will receive.
3. Send the parcel back to our returns address. Card and Paypal refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the items. The refund should display the refunded amount on your statement within 7 working days.
Returns for decorated items
If the items are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we can process your refund with the same policy as an undecorated garment.
If the product is not faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, and if the product has been embroidered or printed by our team, we are no longer able to provide a refund. The Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13th June 2014 exclude “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” and any embroidered or printed garments we supply fall into this category.
